Desjardins Hull-Aylmer team called for our expertise in 2014 to integrate a queue management system for all of the service center. This tool allows them to significantly improve the productivity of internal resources and to optimize  working techniques.

In order to constantly improve the customer experience, we have recently installed two new digital display screens at the waiting rooms on the ground floor and the second floor at the head office. Members will have the opportunity to view the  various corporate promotions and messages.

The team will also be able to integrate the weather, news and various personalized messages (contests, events, promotions, etc.).
