A new strategic tool for the City of Saint-Constant

The city of Saint-Constant has chosen our expertise for the installation of a new queue management system for the services offered at their city hall.

On-site agents will welcome citizens with a high-end system that meets their needs. The EGestat reception system will allow the management of several services, including the payment of taxes, permits, the citizen card, registration for recreational activities, and more.

We also offer dynamic display, which is integrated into the queue management system. The city’s communications team will have access to our content management platform allowing them to disseminate messages to their citizens: events, briefing notes, important dates and more.

IMAJ180 solution at Desjardins Hull-Aylmer

Desjardins Hull-Aylmer team called for our expertise in 2014 to integrate a queue management system for all of the service center. This tool allows them to significantly improve the productivity of internal resources and to optimize  working techniques.

In order to constantly improve the customer experience, we have recently installed two new digital display screens at the waiting rooms on the ground floor and the second floor at the head office. Members will have the opportunity to view the  various corporate promotions and messages.

The team will also be able to integrate the weather, news and various personalized messages (contests, events, promotions, etc.).

Desjardins Gatineau unveils there renovations

The Caisse Desjardins de Gatineau team has been using our expertise for several years to meet their diverse needs: integrating a queue management system for their headquarters and digital signage system for their head office and Service centre La Gappe.

In an effort to continually improve the customer experience, we took advantage of the recent renovations of the Maloney Service centre to include a video wall, a touchscreen and an iPad. Members will have the opportunity to view the  various corporate promotions and messages. The team will have the choice to integrate various animations formats with our alternate full page Broadcast option | Separate campaigns:

Members will be able to use the touch screen and the IPad as a self-service form to browse through the various hyperlinks that are proposed by the Caisse Desjardins de Gatineau team.
